Delivery destinations

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in Singapore and Hong Kong. Orders cannot be accepted for destinations shown as unavailable at checkout.

Delivery choices

• Standard delivery — $20 USD with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
• Priority delivery — $35 USD with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.
• Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may change due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Adult recipient

An adult recipient of legal drinking age must be present to accept the delivery and may be asked to provide valid identification and a signature.

Delivery may be refused when age or identity cannot be verified. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Cancellations, damage, and returns

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered preparation or delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly with your order reference and supporting photographs.

Return eligibility depends on the item’s condition and applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
